All of our courses are designed for people who have never stepped on to a dance floor before so if you have done some dancing before then check out our improver sessions. All courses are progressive, so over the weeks we build things up, starting very, very slowly at the beginning and picking up pace as the confidence grows. There is plenty of repetition during the course so that the previous week is recapped before adding new moves so if you do miss a week you will be able to catch up so don't worry if you can't fully commit to every week of the course. We highly recommend getting to the starting week of the course, if you are unable to do this then any time within the first 2 weeks will still enable you to get going.
